Water-soluble nonwoven fabric is a specialized functional textile material made primarily from polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) fibers through dry-laid web formation and solvent bonding processes. Its core characteristic is rapid and complete dissolution in either room-temperature tap water or hot water, leaving no residue and producing a colorless, odorless, non-toxic aqueous solution. Bypassing traditional spinning and weaving processes, this material offers high production efficiency. As a temporary auxiliary material in textile processing, it provides critical functions such as support, separation, and reinforcement. After use, it is removed through water dissolution, enabling the final product to achieve superior physical properties and aesthetic quality.
